The conference will take place at the Fletcher Landgoed Hotel Holthurnsche Hof (Zevenheuvelenweg 48A, 6571 CK Berg en Dal) near Nijmegen.
Hotel rooms have been booked at the conference venue Holthurnsche Hof and the nearby Fletcher Parkhotel Val Monte (Oude Holleweg 5, 6572 AA Berg en Dal). The distance between the two hotels is 2km. Bikes will be provided.
Before the start of the conference the participants will be informed if they have a room at the Holthurnsche Hof or Val Monte hotel.
If need be, people can also book their own rooms at the nearby Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Erica (Molenbosweg 17, 6571 BA Berg en Dal). Note that this option will require a passe-partout ticket at the registration.
How to get there by public transport
- Fletcher Landgoed Hotel Holthurnsche Hof: We have organized a shuttle service between Nijmegen central station and the Holthurnsche Hof on Monday morning and Wednesday evening.
Alternative option if you missed the dedicated shuttle bus: Take Bus 8 from the Nijmegen central station, direction Berg en Dal. Get off at the "Stop Groot Berg en Dal" (~22 minutes bus ride). From there you can walk from the Oude Kleefsebaan into the Zevenheuvelenweg for about 18 minutes -- note that this area is a bit hilly. - Fletcher Parkhotel Val Monte: Take Bus 8 from the Nijmegen central station, direction Berg en Dal. Get off at the "Berg en Dal, de Meerberg" (~20 minutes bus ride). From there it is a short 3 minute walk into the Oude Holleweg to reach the hotel.
Both hotels have plenty of parking space for cars and charging stations for electric vehicles.
